Thank you everyone. But it was a muzzle loader-longbow kill. Congrats to all of those that were able to harvest something. We all worked are asses off. I can't tell you how many miles we all walked. This was definitely no so called "canned hunt" I look forward to going again next year..Thanks to Lue for the loan of the muzzle loader.

Ken is exactly right, there wasn't ANYTHING easy about it.

looks like fun, i missed not going. i talked to dan this morning and he said it was 10 times tougher then years passed...... good job cant wait to see the rest of the pics

Hey!! congrats to everyone,glad everyone made it home safely. I will get my pics from SB and post them. I just got home from my Cabin today. Went and salted my buffalo hide. Thanks to Jeff and Reba, Dan and Carol!!!!
Thanks to all the guys and gal that went had a blast meeting everybody. :) Met a little "creepy lepricon" there too :o :o :o

the pig on the ATV was tough, it took the combined efforts of Dan, Uncle Lou, and I. Lou and I had lotts of collateral damage on that one trying to shoot through the brush. We both emptied our quivers, cost me 1 arrow, 2 broadheads, and it cost Lou a couple of crossbow bolts!!! He was holed up in a fortress of brush!!!

Goob, forgot to tell you, the guy gutting that pig found a complete arrow burried in it. Looked to be one of yours. No part of the arrow was sticking out.
