$10 for 5 pods??? :?
A buck will see you three times, and hear you twice, but he's only gonna smell you once.

It costs me $5 just to ship it and there is work involved picking, packaging, etc... Your more than welcome to ship to people if you like... ? ;)

I got this in a PM from a member and want to put it out there for everybody to read:

Dan , I finally come back on the site and I read 5 pods of milkweed for $10??? Why are you ripping off the members? I'm stunned......5 pods wouldn't last a week for one guy.....And guys that look up to you are being suckered.

But I guess people buy bottled water, so maybe it's just me........just sayin...

2 or 3 pods last me all year... I am only doing this cause people have asked me to. It costs $5 to ship, I have to drive around and find it, pick it, prep it, and it has to be packaged and driven to the post office. ITS PRETTY MUCH FREE.
Does anybody else feel this way? Cause I feel like I am doing you guys a favor by doing this, and we really ain't making anything off this.
Lots of guys posted saying they wanted it, so I made it available... I do have better things to do with my time.

I think its a very nice offer. Terry also offered to send some out and shipping alone eats up what you are asking - meaning you are doing it pretty much for free. For those that have plenty, they don't need the help, but if you are willing Dan, I certainly wouldn't be swayed by that PM.

Great idea Dan... its not readily available for everyone... 10 bucks seems very fair... thanks for taking the time to think about others.. luckily I have enough for myself..

down here in the South there is no milkweed to my knowledge. I picked up some dandelion pods early this summer and it looks to be very similar. have any of you guys had experience with dandelions ?

I think doing guys a favor that don't have milk weed seed available is a nice gesture.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.
