Sounds like you might give up a night of hunting (cause it's close and convenient) because it's not bigwoods...

Is it a lease or can you just hunt with permission?

If it won't cost you anything it wouldn't hurt to give it at least one hunt. Maybe you could kill a slob on that hunt and nobody will know until it's done!

Ya if the guy wants to charge you I would pass as well . 450 doesn't justify a few sits, unless a booner haunts the area which is doubtful.

Agreed, I'm not paying squat just to hunt 10 acres. The only reason I even hunt them is because our woodlots are really broken up in most of the area I hunt, so any unpressured thick cover can hold bucks here.
