Scouted some marsh on the way to my hunting spot. Nice to have a dusting of fresh snow to find fresh deer tracks. Kicked up a big deer just before I set up. May have gone in too far!! Turkey are scratching up acorns in the oaks like crazy. Maybe I can get a late season bird tonight when they head back to roost.

Another guy scouting during drives here, all muzzy season I was makes small bedding area pushes with a buddie and scouting the whole way. Still have an archery tag burning a hole in my pocket and plan to do some christmas hunting as time allows. Then back to scouting again.
