Yeah....there are tons of maps of it. Lol

Theres all kinds of terrain. Hills, marsh, swamp, river bottom farm land. There’s a lot of pressure too. You gotta do your work to find the deer.
Buy the dvds and/or put your time in on the site become wise and skilled in beastly tactics then head in there. Nobody is going to spoon feed you information. The most valuable information you’ll find is the stuff you find. Good luck.

I think he's talking about turkey hunting since this is the turkey forum.

I believe BigHunt (Tyler Whitt) has a Podcast on Turkey hunting with Mario. Search The Hunting Beast podcast.

I've hunted out there a few times. As mentioned, the terrain varies greatly but that's a good thing because it helps the turkeys flourish. The hunting is pretty good but there is more hunting pressure there than most other areas of Wisconsin. Put in the time, hunt dark to dark and you should be able to fill a few tags there.

Scout ALOT way before your hunt starts. Start stacking the roost areas. Once you find those, figure out the travel patterns. What direction they go after they fly down. What they prefer for food ect. What fields do you see them in and the times.. they are creatures of habbit. keep an eye on how many other people are hunting the same flocks. Usually (98% of the time) people will drive on if your parked first. I roost alot in the evening so I drive around and use owl hooters, coyote calls to find them. Timing is key for roosting though, and they need to be able to hear you. Also get far away from the road as possible. there's alot of "road hunters". As northwoods said. Gove the podcast a listen.

If you see me out there dont be shy lol

Listened to your podcast today BigHunt. Definitely sounds like you have a passion for it also. You mentioned you video some of your hunts. Do you have a YouTube channel that you upload them to? Would love to watch some of them.

Hey thanks!

I did have my own channel but stopped up loading to it once I started filming for dan and what's on there is minimal. I will have to work getting him some of my hunts so he can air them. If more people are interested I can go in depth and film alot of my tactics this upcoming season

That would be awesome! Totally for you doing that. I also looked you up on YouTube when I heard that podcast. Only found a couple vids and I think 1 on Dans channel.
