Double Beard Double Spurs The Mount

Unread postby gutone4me » Mon May 21, 2012 10:52 am

I was lucky enough to get this rare turkey in 2011. I got him mounted on a limb gobbling hoping to show off the double beard and double spurs.

Great bird.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Wow! That is an awesome turkey. I've never heard of double spurs before. How much did he weigh? How big are those spurs?

You cannot invade mainland America. There would be a rifle behind every blade of grass.
