need help with new property

just leased a new property and looking for advice on how to hunt it the first year using mobile tactics. specifically where would be good place to look for beds, potential good stand sights, good ways to access the hill side, and potential travel corridors. also where the 1/3 elevation would be from the top.

in addition, i hope to have property for ling term, any advice on potentially where to maybe put food plots or leave standing crops. any help is much appreciated. the land is about 320 acres
