topo help

so I got permission to hunt this property and was looking for general advice how to hunt it and where to look and also advice for hunting it during rut. thanks

Questions: which way is north? The lettering on topo is sideways. If south is on the right, then the river is on the north. I'm assuming here. I would look around near the bottom of the letter A, which looks to be a ridge leading up to the inside corner of the field. The leeward side of the hill there, maybe look for your tree near where the hill goes from gradual to more steep (bench). The more narrow band of woods creates a funnel there.

That's my two cents. You may have better traffic on the deer hunting forum.
