Sounds like a good plan, I did the exact same thing. 2 rows of Norway spruce plus 2 rows of hybrid willow. Think this spring will be the 4 th year for those, some are 12 to 14 feet tall now. The deer love to browse them as you probably know, so it can be a challenge
