Will do Dan. Scouted today found a really old shed deep in the tamarack swamp. I'm guessing it is from last season or even older. If you look closely it is starting to turn green. What do you think?

Great looking shed BTW! You score it?

Yeppers! scored 60 inches measured to the chewed off ends. I'm going to to go ahead and guarantee that there is atleast 5 inches chewed off and probably more. So with 20 inside and the 5 chewed off, its a 150+ buck. Only thing is....Its a 2 or 3 year old shed!!! He might not still be around. And thanks a lot for the help, you and Dan.

The crop rotation for the land is going to be beans this year (fall 2013). There are 2 other full time bow hunters that are not near as hard core as me who usually hunt the southern quarter, on any wind, spit chew on the ground, and hunt permanent stands, etc. And one youth season only hunter.

My access is directly above your point 2 at the road. If you look inside the property it is at the the two white dots closest together inside the boundary line.

Your right on with Number 4....Except, 2 years ago the neighbor built a house there. All the buck poo and green brier disappeared into a mowed yard with no trails and rubs anymore. There was a trail from that corner that lead straight west across the field. Im guessing night time travel route. Oh and the little morel patch that was there is now not sprouting up anymore either.

Thanks for the help. I'll keep you posted on any info with the land.

Do those other guys access the property the same way as you? I'm guessing you have some Bucks that are watching your entrance. You might try to find those beds and get creative with parking, entrance routes, etc. Just something to keep in mind.

They do enter the same way, which brings up a great point....access routes, I'm going to rethink them now.
