Well, it's not really for logging, it's more for me being able to get my 4 wheeler up to our ridge to do miscellaneous things throughout the year. I'm in hill country, & it's probably 150 yards from bottom to top of ridge. I'm going to have a guy cut in a small road with his little dozer, but I'm not sure when is good? Do i do it yet this year in the next few weeks ( after this coming weekend, I'm done hunting here), or do I wait till next spring?

If your done hunting, I say do it now. But I would be real carful to think hard about where you make permanent changes on the property. Make sure you choose the right spot that will do the least damage.
