Good stuff Bridge.

What has you weather been like? Our has been nuts. 2 days ago, it was -15....today it was in the 50s. By the weekend, the ground will be bear again.

Couple weekends ago, checked nearly 3 miles of a marsh. Plan on crossing road and hitting other side this weekend.

That's cool you got to talk to Mitch rompola. I use to idolize him when I first started bowhunting. He seemed like he knew big bucks

Roller coaster weather here too. It's supposed to warm up near 50 and then get cold again. Sounds like you are getting some good scouting in.

He knows a lot about big bucks. One of them is very controversial though.

Back tracking big bucks in the snow is a key element to his scouting in swamps and marshes. We discussed it 30 years ago when the masses didn't have a clue who he was.

Awesome stuff bridge, very cool!

It's also nice to read something other than scandal about Rompola from someone who actually knew him.

There is at least one really good buck around. The smaller island has bedding as well.
