The Hunting Beast

Here is a piece of land I plan to take a look at this weekend.
There is a gravel rd just out of view on the north, east and west side of the photo and no hunting to the south. The land to the north turns to an oak flat with thick cover all through it.

Do you guys think I am on track for locating beds?
If not, where would you recommend to look and set a stand?

Purple = Rub line I have found previously
Red = South wind beds
Green = North wind beds
