Looking for hunting buddy

Unread postby Buckharasser150 » Sun Sep 12, 2021 4:44 am

Anyone from Central MN who wants to run the swamps together beast style, please message me. Name is Peter, and I'm 16. Only have permit.

Sorry if this is wrong place to ask.

I don't know if this post will find you a beast buddy or not, but it fires me up seeing a 16 year old on here wanting to get after it in the swamps. I hope you find success.

Good luck this year!

I hope u find someone bud. I would beat the bushes with ya if you were in my area.

Not to derail….. But I’m also looking for a hunting buddy to! Desperately seeking large acreage landowners in Iowa or Kansas. I’m friendly, loving, house trained, and willing to travel!

As ambitious as you sound it will be hard to find somebody. I’ve gotten it many times where somebody is all in and then slowly starts complaining about mosquitoes or anything else. It’s a rare breed but I respect your ambition.

If I knew at 16 what I know now….
Soak up the knowledge and have fun. You seem like you have a good mindset.
Not everybody wants to put the work in.
Your best bet might be finding a buddy who wants to sit a field edge while you push into the swamp. He doesn’t have to hunt like you, he just has to be able to drag your deer

As mentioned earlier, if we were in the same area, I'd hunt with you.
Good luck!

Figure out what you are doing and actually kill a deer or two and your hunting buddies MIGHT follow you….
