Thanks- I’ve got a pretty good lineup of public bucks going for this fall and hope to add one or two more.

I feel like public is tough, but when you succeed, it is extremely rewarding. I love the challenge. I love that we are all on even levels.
The scouting, the intel, that separates us from them.
I hunt NY public. I rarely see anyone while I am hunting. First in, last out, nobody walks by me.
I own 12 acres. It is good for about 4 days a year. Public is challenging but I can chase them down. I can’t chase anything on 12 acres

I completely agree, the satisfaction on public is exceptional.

I’ve shot far bigger bucks on my property- which is extremely satisfying because it it is my place. But public holds that special place in my heart. I enjoy the challenge. Nothing like dragging one out knowing you killed yourself for it!
