Would it work if i took all the footage from that hunt and put it on one mini DV tape and gave it to you at the Madison show? Then you can go through it and do what you want with it. Or does the quality of the footage decrease when i transfer it from one tape to the other?

Camera to camera should not decrease footage quality...
You don't have to remove it from youtube.

Yea Sam not to far from you. We''l have to talk more as the season gets closer. I hunt alot of public in jefferson and waukesha countys.

What sounds like a fun idea to me would be to have a Hunting Beast DVD made by members of the Beast in teams

Wether or not you hunt in teams or Lone wolf style don't matter much to me... But teams generally get better footage.

Tape transfer from camera to camera will not affect quality, and i would prefer everything possible on either mini dv tape or memory card for those that are shooting hard drive cameras.If you have older cameras like hi-8 or mini dvd it would be much easier to have them transferred to mini dv tape, or transferred in AVI format to a memory card.... that is if I am the one doing the editing.
