water hole tracks

Unread postby BigHunt » Sun Jun 26, 2011 5:12 am

when checking your water hole "s" for tracks and see a four finger track, dose that mean it is a four year old or better?
i guess you dont know untill u shoot the deer
how about a three finger track?
when its a three finger track your deeling with a good buck in most cases.
a four finger track will deffinitly be a good deer, unless it has bad ganetics?

A 3 finger track is probably a 2 year old... 4 fingers should be at least 3.

Take a look at this article if you have not read it yet...
