I contacted them regarding the 2010 climbing sticks
as many of you know the 2010 sticks had bolts that are too long and scratch the stick below and even worse rattle like crazy
Lone Wolf is sending me a hardware kit for free to replace the bolts with the correctly sized ones, they even offered to do it for me if I shipped the sticks back
I was impressed with their quick response and high level of service!!

I had the same experience a few months ago..They also lost my sticks so they just sent me brand new ones and a t-shirt for my troubles!

sweet, no question they make the best stands and climbing sticks and it is nice to know they also have the customer service to go with the great products
I have sold all my others and only hunt with LW now
and bringing production back to the USA was absolutely the right thing to do!!
