What do you use to hold your milkweed when hunting?

I use a rubber coin purse. I actually have a few of them, so they are always around.

Depends on what part of the country u live in I guess. If u don’t have access to milkweed and must sweet talk someone into sending u some. Then I can see the point in a special container and being stingy with it.

But in my case I just throw a whole pod or 2 in my pocket and keep it flying. But I usually have 5 gallon buckets of the stuff.

I was using an Icebreakers mints container, but switched to the rubber changepurse. I keep an extra supply in the mints container in my backpack in case I was to lose the change purse. The little chain thingy is easy to attach as a zipper pull on jacket, or to any zipper or loop on a backpack.
Twigs in my hair, don't care.

I use a coin purse taped right to my bow's riser.
It works great.

I keep my milkweed stuffed in an empty case of M&M minis. It’s waterproof and the cap snaps and is attached to the canister so I can’t lose the cap. I also have the bottom of the canister taped to a paracord tie down and it’s tied to my harness.

I have lost my milk weed and I wasn’t happy about hunting without it. There have been multiple times when I have been busting through briars and going over and under obstacles and noticed I was dragging my canister around my knees. Crazy how stuff just works out of pockets at times.

Whatever you keep it in, is not as important as keeping up with it when you need it the most!
Be original and Enjoy every step along the adventure.
