I ask this jist to hear some other guys opinions say its a leaward for either side of the hill just curious what elevation u think u would sit for a cruising buck

If this is public land I would suggest blurring those GPS coordinates. Just a thought.

I’d consider some concentration of travel in the saddle between the peaks in that first picture. Hard to say otherwise because the vegetation is not known. Considering this topo, check out some of the mapping PSU did on deer tracking in big woods hill country.

I hunted terrain very similar to this one time. The red dot represents bedding and the red lines were paths he took down the hill. I’d be interested to see what kind of sign you saw on either edge of the creek.

I wish I could say that. I can't even call most guys I know to come help drag out a deer because I don't want them to know where I'm hunting. Overlooked spots don't always stay that way.

Its new england Mapletrees, birch, pines few beech nuts. Vegitation is practicslly the same no matter where u go
Thats y I asked where do u think the bucks would travel. Not how to set up. Ive killed deer off this ridge every ridge where I live is almost the same I was just curious to see what guys thought of travel according to eleivation.

This is spot on.
U have to get to the top and hunt them going down hill .
I zig zag the creek all the way down still hunting to catch them going back to bed
U cant hunt them in the evening they will see u from a mile away coming up on them.
