Great buck! I do have a question though. Why continue to bump and pursue it? With all that blood, wouldn't you want to back out if you bumped him the first time? I'd like to know the strategy behind continuing to pursue. Not bagging at all, just curious.

There's a couple advantages to what they did. It stops the deer from laying there and clotting up. Keeping them moving keeps them bleeding. This deer also appeared to be in rough shape. You could tell it was very weak. Pushing it like that used up the last bit of energy he had. Not saying backing out for a few hours would be a bad option but neither is this.
