The Hunting Beast

Found these accidentally while checking cameras on public land. They're on top of a ridge that falls down to a swamp to the south. You can see a ladder stand about 40 yards away.

They certainly look like they could beds. Often times when I find beds that are being used regularly I will find hair in the bed.

I looked but couldn't find hair. They could be beds from last fall. If they're beds, my assumption is that they're facing towards the north where hunters are accessing.
