Anyone hunting Sunday’s rain in Wisconsin
Looks like it’s going to be wet all day tomorrow. Anyone planning on sitting out there regardless of the rain?

Yes. The rain isn’t a reason to stay, it’s a reason to go!

I think the cruisers will keep cruising too. I’ll be doing dad stuff first half of the day, not sure if I’ll be able to get out. But I will if I can. I don’t mind the rain.

I am going to try to tough it out for an all dayer in northwest WI. Hopefully some snow...

Re: Anyone hunting Sunday’s rain in Wisconsin
I hunted the last 9 days and have been blessed with perfect weather. Normally I will hunt no matter what the weather is but I think I'm sitting out if it rains heavy all day. It won't hurt my feelings to miss a day and get caught up with work at home. If it looks like a break the last few hours or is just a drizzle you can bet I will be out there.
Last forecast didn't look good with predicted horizontal rain due to high winds. Great still hunting weather as long as you make a great shot. Otherwise tracking could quickly turn into a major nightmare

Hitting it till it gets bad out. With 3 weeks of vacation for rut and Monday looking awesome weather wise missing part of a day won’t kill me, I guess...

Nope. Prepping stands for gun season and getting caught up in school work.
I don’t enjoy hunting in weather like this. Takes the fun out of it.

Probably not. If it lets up a little in the afternoon I might go. Otherwise it’s church, pabst and red zone for me today!!!

Re: Anyone hunting Sunday’s rain in Wisconsin
8 days of straight 4:30 wake up calls. Finally live from the bed this morning. If this were day 2 or 3 I would be out sitting and suffering. Was nice to catch up on sleep a little. I’ll be out in it this evening, looks like it should be a low key drizzle in my part of the state and the big gusts should be done. Could be killer!

For you guys that stayed in bay have been the right call, deer movement has been minimal so far. Maybe the deer saw this weeks forecast too!
