The problem with the briars is I think the jacket would get hung up a lot and possibly pulled off since it is not firmly attached.

Honestly if it is not cool enough to throw on a sweater or lightweight sweatshirt after I settle in, I am not bothering with it. I don't like to take anything extra or unnecessary into the woods.
