did this to one of my sticks last night. Turned out sweet. Probably going to finish off the rest of them one of these nights.

I used stealth strips for the outside of my sticks and it helps with stick stacking on stick, but not with stick stacking on stand. I'm gonna give this a go myself, good idea!

The only place I have had metal on metal noise with v brackets is in the middle opening where it slides over the next step. Its an easy fix with a piece of stealth strip or electrical tape arouns that section of tube.
