It's as good as it gets right now.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Hunted one farm saturday evening and sunday morning and saw two small bucks on what appeared to be normal patterns, just feeding and strolling along. Hunted Across the road (1/4 mile) Sunday afternoon and monday morning and there was saw a ton of cruising and a little chasing. Had a great 8 pointer (pushing 140) walk right under me, nothing but a spine shot offered so I had to let him pass. Got tired of seeing bucks cruising 30 yards away on neighbors property so I left. You just have to be in the right spot.

Lockdown here in MO but they are still very much killable...I find the more isolated cover a guy hunts the better chance he has of encountering a big buck bedded with a hot doe. He will follow her anywhere so if you are in the path death awaits him ;)

Saw a big boy on his feet crossing cut corn field nose to the ground and a small 6 pt not chasing but definetly following some does around grunting soft occasionally.

I'm in NE Ohio and watched two bucks chase a doe for about 10 minutes last Saturday. Never got a shot opportunity though. Pretty active right now!
Stay warm. Hunt longer.
