that's what i am finding to be true as well over the years. the only really forage besides browse is acorns. these trees are huge and they dump them in such a vast area it's almost impossible to pinpoint a place where they feed so the only real option is to hunt between their beds and food the same as you would set up on a deer getting up to feed in a field.
