awesome deer! one question though, ive been reading that albino deer were illegal to shoot in wisconsin? can someone clear that up for me? i also remember my first season deer hunting 13 years ago way up in the northwoods there was an albino that we would see crossing the road every night and the guys at deer camp all said that it was illegal to shoot one...
A bad day in the woods is better than a good day at work...

It is illeagle to shoot a white deer in most of the state... That law was lifted about 10 years ago in the CWD AREA... I shot an all white doe a year after it was lifted. Shooting one outside of the cwd area will cause you a ;lot of trouble. You need to register the deer twice. Once the normal way, and then with the local warden within 7 days of harvest. When I got my white doe, I got a lot of hate messages... With Daves White buck, we kept it quiet except for this forum.
