FREE HuntIT app!

Unread postby Dor » Thu Jul 12, 2012 5:23 am

We are entertaining the idea of making the HuntIt app free . If we did that would anyone here be motivated to download it since it would be no cost? Honesty appreciated.

Here it is again.

More info on it.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... rch_result

Description
HuntIT, The smart and safe way to Bowhunt!
The safe bowhunter never heads to the field without letting someone know of their location. The savvy big game hunter always plays the wind. Now you can do both and you can do IT fast via your Smartphone.
HuntIT ™ is a dual-purpose application, which allows the dedicated hunter to select treestand placement based on the forecasted wind direction. Once the stand location is selected from the hunter’s pre-loaded database of stands the SAFETY TEXT feature can then be utilized. By hitting the SAFETY TEXT button your significant other and/or hunting partner(s) are instantly sent a text message detailing your exact hunting location.

It was in the works. However, we are back to square 1, so it's possible, but we haven't started back on it yet.

I downloaded this app last year, and it is excellent! My hunting buddies are very impressed with how it assists me with stand selection and safety.

Dor doesn't know me at all other than seeing me on this forum, just so you know, and I would recommend this app anytime- especially if its free.

Unless your app goes viral like an Angry Birds type deal....it is pretty flippin hard to make it worth the effort. It is fun though. Definitely not a get rich scheme thats for sure. . Traffic is a big plus for selling it.

Just got a new Android phone and was looking for the HuntIT app but can't find it using any of the posted links.

Is this app still available?

If so can someone point me in the right direction as to where

Please and Thanks

Gibby
