Watched the video. Great tip on the LW set up.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Todd thanks... I liked the LW set up option... Next year I am making the purchase towards the stand and sticks. Also... I snapped the tip off my saw the other day... first thing I thought of was your video and saw! will have to get one!

Todd, awesome tip on the lone wolf pack up. I cant leave $400 in gear in the woods where I hunt though, so it comes in and out with me each time, also have a pack to carry each time. Thats where the bungees come in to hold the pack tight to the stand and sticks. If im leavin a prehung stand in the woods itll be a $80 stand not a lone wolf.

I can assure you, this is the quietest method. There is ZERO slop, nothing can move. With anything elastic, it can move, and movement = noise.

I agree with you todd, but where do you put your pack? If I was pre hanging stands and leavin them there that is how I would do it for sure. But it comes in and goes out every time.
