Wired to hunt podcast Ep.419 Very different but deep

Unread postby Swedishbowhunter » Mon May 17, 2021 3:33 pm

I listened to this podcast while mowing lawn this weekend and for some reason it really hit home with me. Lots of different topics, but it really made me think a little, and realize why I always feel great after getting away on different adventures throughout the year. His guest also talks about his first time hunting/killing an animal as an adult.

I listened to about 1/3 of it last week on the way home from work. Looking forward to finishing it. Definitely an interesting concept, I may even buy the guy's book.

Listening to this now. Really interesting so far and it helps describe a lot of why we like being outdoors among other things like diet, etc

I listened yesterday. Was cool to hear his perspective on hunting. I’m glad he decided to pull the trigger!

Sorry I'm a little late, just found this thread and I totally agree with y'all! Wired to Hunt's Ep 419 was a REALLY good and deep perspective listen. Definitely recommend it as they do a great job discussing the "WHY" we are attracted so much to being out in nature.
