Thanks! Imo the answer is to hunt smarter and harder. By harder I don’t mean repeatedly doing the sit and pray. Rather a lot of high confidence sits. Am willing to admit a lot of luck took place on this particular hunt. Not so much the spot I picked and why. But I saw 2 younger bucks shortly after I shot this one. If either one of them would have been the first to pass by me I’m pretty sure I would have arrowed them with the amount of time I had to work with. But hey, u hunt enough and u catch some good breaks and some bad ones too!
