Potential opening for year long lease for one hunter - $500

Unread postby browning3 » Sat Jun 21, 2014 7:27 am

Our group of 4 may be looking to add a 5th person to this years lease. The cost is about $500 and we have about 300 acres. It is located near the town of Weyerhaeuser in Rusk County, WI. Lots of deer with many good bucks. Looking to see if there is interest and I can post more info. TONS of good bears on the property so if you have a bear tag for this unit it might be right up your alley.

Thanks!

I have a Facebook page where the members have documented hunts, pics, videos and other stuff. This should give some insight to the quality of the lease.

Well undervalued at $500.00.
You can fool some of the bucks, all of the time, and fool all of the bucks, some of the time, however you certainly can't fool all of the bucks, all of the time.

Where was this offer a few years ago?! I even have a big 5th wheel RV people could stay in. But no extra time this year. Best of luck finding the right guy... because that even more important than the $. Find the right guy and you could open yourselves up to new hunting and fishing opportunities off of that property too...

Yes! The plan is to permanently have 5 on the lease. We just need to make sure we find the right person. Thus the one year trial.

I would love to have an opportunity like this but might be a little too far north for me. You travel there from Mukwonago regularly? I am in Johnson Creek and that seems far to me.

Yeah...It's about 4.5 hr trip. We only get up about 3 times during the season. The nice thing is we have always had great success with the limited time. Plus it helps that the pressure is so low.
