So far the only two I’ve found so far. I walked 8 miles Friday and didn’t find anything. I’m still seeing bucks with both sides. I plan on getting serious next week.

I'm just finding dead heads :(

I picked these up within an hour and a half of scouting a week ago. Hopefully be able to get out again soon and find sheds.

That one looks like the Legendary Whitetails logo Thwack.

Found this shed from 2 seasons ago today. Amazed it was in such good shape. 2-3 year old with good tine mass.

Are the bucks still holding their horns in your all’s areas? I went yesterday and found several nice sheds but also jumped a really nice deer that still had both sides. He also had like a green shirt stuck in his rack. Pretty crazy guess I’ll go back in a couple weeks looking for that shirt lol

FINALLY lost our snow last week so I put in some hours out on the public land.

I would consider this a typical representation of our buck herd on the public around here.

Ack- how many miles did you walk to find that pile? I'm at almost 13 miles since my last find and I even have a dog. Shed hunting is pretty competitive in recent years around here

Not many miles actually. I happened upon the large shed while snow was still on the ground.....tons of deer sign in the area. Went back after the snow melt and found four more in the same spot.

The other two came from an area where I discovered bucks were bedding last winter....found four in there last year, went back after snow melt this year and it produced once again.

That's one thing I've noticed about these two spots.....if you find one, you better get back in there and look some more. All of these sheds appear to be from bedded bucks that are back in bachelor groups after season.

My dad, brother, uncle and I headed out for an all day shed hunt today. Was tough going, figure we walked at least 7 hard miles. Awesome day in the woods, came out with a couple antlers. Nothing big but definitely rewarding!!!

We found 7 and a dead head. The most we’ve ever found in one day on public.
