I saw two bucks tonight that still hadn't shed.
They looked to be 2.5 to 3.5 year olds.
I'm waiting for the snow to recede some more!
We lost quite a bit in the last 2 days.

Looked yesterday and today, no sheds but a gun season victim and snowmobile victim. Both would've been nice bucks next year... Image

Snow is still deep and legs are paying the price today.

The one on the background of the first pic was hanging in my yard every night for a month. I think he's a 3.5 with a split brow on one side. I snuck within 8 yards of him with a doe in November. Really want to find those sheds, but we still have two feet of snow. What I really wish is I could hunt back there, but the Forest Preserve is too afraid of losing their referendum money to let us

24 more for me, up to 58 so far for this year. Saw a doozie yesterday that still had his antlers - finding lots of year old antlers due to a statewide late shed/early green-up last year.
