Cool video. I often stand near my set up location for what seems like forever picking a tree. Thought it was just me but I run so fast in my life it helps me slow down and make a good decision.

Have been just a yard or two out of the game before on a great deer so I’m always taking as much as possible into account before climbing.

Again a mobile set up with sticks vs climber gives me the flexibility to get in almost any tree for the best opportunity.

Thanks for posting a that is a sweet recurve.

Maybe do a video tracking to the spot and hang a cam to see if anything sneaks out that day. Would be cool to see.

Awesome job. I like this type of video. You seemed happier then normal and it was very informative. Can’t believe no one wanted a guided hunt. Seems like a young person would jump on the opportunity to learn or be shown this.

Very informative. I love the videos that bring us along for the hunt with the logic behind it too. Thanks

This video was probably one of the best videos for me on how you approach a set and the thought process that goes into picking the right tree.

Thanks for putting that together Dan.

Watched it last night night. Day seven of quarantine. Had me climbing the walls to get back out. Thanks Dan for your time.

I really enjoyed this video. I think a lot of us overcomplicate things in the woods and this broke it down to an extremely simple method.
I liked watching the setup and how it laid out once up in the tree.
A very informative video
Ryan
