Help Identifying This Fruit

Unread postby HunterBob » Sat Oct 03, 2020 1:44 pm

Found a vine on a tree that was loaded with these fruits. Looking it up myself, it might be a passion fruit vine? I think this might be odd for Northwest Georgia though.

Can anyone verify this or tell me what this might be? Also what I am really wondering is if deer eat this?

It looks similar to passion fruit or Maypop.
