Found me a fatgirl and a primary bed on public (super rare in rolling ag/ditch country) no game cam pics since that’s illegal in MO...I believe he has everyone’s numbers and does the skirts...I’ll be asking permission to access the neighboring property...he is the rare buck that may die of old age in my area

My plan would be to setup over that bed 2 hours before daylight on the correct wind. Wack him when it gets light.

Good Luck!

He lives another year fellas. He's alive and I'll be following him until bow opens next year. I'd like to find his sheds. He's old, I'll be interested to see if he grows back the same amount of bone. For now I'm sitting here on a rainy day with a big bowl of tag soup.

No sponsors. No camera crew. No team. Just me and my bow. And that’s the way I prefer it.

Got trail cam pics of him. The rumor was that he was 190in. After seeing him 2 times and getting pics last year he was 170-180 gross. Not a score guy, but he’s a big buck. He’s not bedding next to the parking lot. I’m fairly certain he’s living in a nature preserve and a small piece of private and coming onto public at night. This year he’s not as big I’d say 160 class, great public deer regardless. He has a distinct track, for my area it’s substantially bigger than any other buck track I’ve ever seen. I was able to match it up based on camera pics on a scrape. I’ve seen his track this year and followed it to a river where he crossed going to the preserve. Really haven’t found much sign of him. I found one random bed that had to be his based on sheer size and when he hit a scrape. Kinda scratching my head at this point putting the pieces together. Seems like he goes back and forth. I think that multiple all day sits will be what gets him killed. Definitely feels like I’m one step behind him right now. When the leaves come down I’m getting a spotting scope and I’m going to watch a cliff I saw him bed on last year and when he’s there I’ll go up and wack him.

Also tried to get permission on both private and preserve and was denied.
