I don't know, I've never tried em. They are so small there couldn't be much meat on em. Usually the dog eats em. They are just a destructive rodent. They dig burrows all over his yard. I don't have them at my house. I have chipmunks. I shoot those little suckers too every chance I get, and red squirrels.
