Who's hunting Kentucky this year?

I’ve never done an out of state hunt and I’d love to try a velvet hunt... how do I go about finding public lands to hunt?

I haven’t been to the Kentucky River wma, but it’s in Owen county. My buddy shot this guy last year on his family farm in Owen county.
