Listened to it... Very good and a lot to digest. Even though it probably wasn't ground breaking to someone that's heard you talk about thermals before, there's always a few wrinkles in there that are great information.

I'll probably listen to it again.

And for the host... Some friendly feedback. If you have a listener on for Q&A, don't ask him the questions. Let HIM ask the questions. Turn over the mic for 10 minutes. I like the idea, but let them run with it a little more.
