Big props to you... not only on the insight, but your ah... not sure how to say this, but “interview-ability”. You really do a great job of describing your answers and telling coherent stories. Not everyone can do that. Some guys are great hunters and can do ok, but I think the quality of your answers sets you apart a bit.

I appreciate you saying that because I feel like I ramble and I always kind of get off point and don't do a good job of bringing it back around. But I suppose we are our own worst critics.

No, I think you do a good job of staying on your train of thought.

I don't think it's easy to do anyway, but even harder if you're getting interrupted to ask little follow-ups in the middle of your answer /story either.

Ideally, they'd make notes while you are talking and then have several follow ups after you've finished your answer, not doing it in the middle of the answer. (I've interviewed hundreds of people in a previous career so I can speak to the process that works best for most people)

That was a great listen. Some nuggets in there too, like the nicks in dogwood.

I also appreciate how you really give a lot of credit to other people who helped you improve, and also how you understand your weaknesses and mistakes. That humility paired with your desire to learn is refreshing.

Great job!
