Re: wanted: Lone wolf custom gear
I don't think anyone wants their’s. Lol
You won’t find too many fans of lwcg here. Do a search and you'll find out what I mean. I don’t think Dan or the mods would enjoy another lwcg bashing thread here.

All's the guy is doing is asking if someone has one for sale? The only way this turns into a bashing thread is if someone hijacks it.

You could try Craigslist.

I would wait a bit and order new. They are going away from waterjetting and CNCing all their stuff now.
I wouldn’t want one of the old ones. They don’t look so good.

Re: wanted: Lone wolf custom gear
They are not cnc machining the whole thing. They are only cnc machining the Interfaces. All the stands and parts are still water jetted. They slowed down the feed rate so it doesn't look so bad is all they did. I have one of there new posts for that ambush and it is still water jetted looks alot better then the first one. All the holes and flats are cnc machined. The first one I think my 9 year old could have done a better job drilling the holes with a cordless drill. Just pitiful. I should of sent it back but I modified it and made it work for what I wanted to do. As soon as Dan makes a saddle platform I will buy it and get rid of this thing. I will not give them anymore money for such crappy work and bad ethics.

I am buying two of dans stands when they come out
I'm just waiting like everyone else
what I buy and what my friends buy right now is just temporary.
Waiting on dans stand and then I won't need any other stand
I want to try the platform too if dan is releasing one.

Re: wanted: Lone wolf custom gear
If it’s a temporary solution why not just buy lone wolf assaults they are $50 off right now.
But it’s only May... Will this stand be out by season?

I might buy a stand when they come out gotta see it first I guess. Might be able to use as a platform or stand in the right situation. But if he makes platform I will be all over that. Be in the cart as soon as it hits the page.

That’s the one thing that I’ve come to learn as I have gotten older. Wait for what you want. At the end of the day I’m not going to be happy with anything else anyway.
Over the years I have made a variety of things for hunting, not stands of course but many other things, because I want exactly what I want.
