Target buck bed

Unread postby Seeker529 » Thu Mar 05, 2020 12:04 pm

Did some scouting today and shed hunting.. after sitting in a stand and seeing a 9 point that I was after across a field come out of a half acre wooded drainage I tried to set up the next morning in the middle not knowing where he bedded and blew him out... well went out after work and really worked over the area and found this bed which I assume is his bed... fields on all sides so he can see any danger coming and a grassy ditch for him to escape! I chose a setup for a wind bump with a buddy this fall to try here. Also found this little fork horn shed in the same area.Good day in the woods

Trouble I have I am having is how to access it without the buck Smelling me or seeing me ... I’m learning only finding the bed is the first baby step to tackling a big buck
