Dang. Thought you were going to get her. You definitely had a rough go of it this season.

You worked your but off this season and gave yourself some opportunities. We all know you’re going to use this season for motivation and put a stud down next year. I enjoy the videoed hunts and keep those up if you can. Always intertesting to see how you breakdown the sign in real time examples.

Great hunt and great season! Was it your camera she spotted? Didnt look like she was looking at you but more right at the camera.

I can really relate on feeling like it was a season of missed opportunities. Shot at and missed two bucks that would have been my personal best. Had numerous encounters with others. Shot a doe, had close calls with others. Tough to be knocking on the door so many times and eat tags at the close of the season. But I'll tell you what, before I watched your dvd's and videos and found this forum, I never had so many opportunities. Only 243 days until bow season opens back up.

Good eye... I thought she was looking at the camera as well.

That was a cool set up you had there. You definitely had a tough season, but your determination was inspiring though. I've learned a ton following your videos.

Smart smart smart set up. Everything from the snow camo to the white t-shirt chair cover. The details you cover in this short video summarize your style in full. Most of all, the hunger. Very inspiring. Thanks.

Great hunt- I enjoyed this infinitely more than tree stand hunts. As you know, the overwhelming majority of bucks I've killed on Michigan public / Ontario public were on the ground. To me, being up close and personal like that is way, way more thrilling and requires a lot more skill... my preference. The thrill cannot be matched.

Perfect draw, a lot of viewers won't realize how important that exact moment was. Really enjoyed it, thanks for putting it up !!

Kinda interesting, but when I first watched the sequence leading up to the shot. I was worried about some of those twigs. At the shot I thought I noticed that twig you hit move. So stopped the vid, rewound and confirmed my suspicion. Believe me I was hoping I was wrong. Dang so close!!!

Though you may not think so now! I believe you had a very successful season. You accomplished one of your main goals. You helped teach alot of folks about not only how it's done. But how to stay in the game. Despite setbacks. Clear to the end. The fact that you continue to share your "successes" and "failures". Is a continued breath of fresh air, in today's hunting media!

Good video, the odds of hitting that stick couldn't have been very high.

I tried an even lower percentage play and guessed completely wrong, but it was still fun. I'm going to scout where I was last for some additional intel.

I have hunted from the ground the last 3 yrs from the ground and it is difficult especially with that crunchy snow.
