The spray was Walton’s deer and wild game rinse. It is not antimicrobial. I was mistaken on that. It does not cure anything but is supposedly supposed to slow bacteria growth (according to the product info). I believe it’s more commonly used on a carcass you intend to leave hanging a couple days. I’m almost certain it was not yotes that got to it. I have a tendency to overthink things when it comes to meat handling so I just wanted to double check (can never be too safe). I just trimmed accordingly. The meat looks great.
