YOU LIE !!!!!!!!!!

No way man - completely serious. That's when I started hunting... 36 or 37... Pretty sure it was 37.... Just a lot of dumb luck in a target-rich environment that is zone 11 in MA.

The 2007 New York Giants defense did NOT play on Offense. Therefore it is right to say Eli defeated the 07 Patriots ;)

P.s. how old are you anyway ? Old Man...

True. But in that game, neither did the Patriots Offense. That's why they lost. Michael Strahan, Osi Umenyiora and Justin Tuck were the big reasons why. That was the Pats lowest scoring game of that year... That was the record book year too... Brady had 50 TD passes (record at the time) Moss had 23 TD catches (record), Pats set the NFL single season spoint/scoring record and averaged over 36 points per game, first and only 16 game undefeated regular season, etc...

Eli didn't hold that offense to 14 points....

All those records stood until a few to the 2013 Broncos when Payton just went off (55 TD passes)... Coincidentally, they also lost in the Super Bowl to a superior defense (Seattle).

I'm not sure what that's got to do with deer hunting though...

Oh, and I'm 43...

Day after my 21 birthday with an ancient bow given to my older brother from the neighbor. Should have never taken that shot. Aimed at the moon and dropped it in on a little button. I wasn't feeling very well that day, UNTIL then.

I was 45 years old.
It was last year, and it was day 2 of my first season ever hunting deer. I had e-scouted a location about 3 hours away from home, and my brother and i set out to camp & hunt. I was setting up with my back to a small river, just on the east edge of an oxbow, with the wind blowing SSW into the oxbow. I climbed up the tree that was almost too big for my little muddy linemans rope, so I was hugging the tree with the viney stuff on it that I later realized was poison ivy... an old grown up access trail ran across in front of me, and there was a drainage with timber and thick brush in front of me on the other side of the trail, with grass field on the left and corn field on the right. Got my hand on stand set and was sitting for a couple hours until she showed up... a nice doe browsing in front of me at 5:30pm. With probably 2.5 hrs of daylight left I was going to wait until Mr Big Rack showed up. I just watched her brows, took a few pictures (see below), and just admired her. Looked through my rangefinder, and she was just sitting there 20 yards on the dot, perfect broadside.. but i was waiting for Mr. Rack-tastick. She turned and faced the other way, still perfect broadside at exactly 20 yards.. the third time she turned and stood there at exactly 20 yards broadside again, I decided i was going for it. by then any jitters and elevated heart rate of having the deer show up were gone, and it took a shot, passed through just behind both shoulders. She took off through the brush, but i heard her drop, no more than 25 yards away from impact. It was awesome. Now all I think about is deer hunting.
