I’ve kept an eye out all over AR and not seen any so people like your two really help a guy like me out. I was lucky enough to get some in the summer from a guy on archerytalk but I’ve run out and would love the chance to get some more if there’s enough to go around.

Check fields that only get cut once a year and secondary road ditches that get alot of sun. Besides the Southwest deserts and Florida its everywhere from texas to maine.

" It is a widespread and somewhat weedy species known from most of the eastern United States and the eastern most prairie states as well as southern Canada from New Brunswick to Saskatchewan. It is frequently found in fence rows, on roadsides, in fields, and in prairies and pastures"

26 bags!

Ok, 23 in the picture, but I can get 3 more out of what still needs drying.

So I'll have to go back to Muddy's original post and see how many folks we can accommodate. Hopefully 26 will take care of everyone else. I could go with multiple bags per person and draw a smaller number, but I'd rather get something to everyone.

A sandwich bag might not seem like a lot, but it only takes a small strand to follow on the wind. As long as you're not like Quagmire with singles at a strip joint, then it should last most of the season.

Some bags have a lot of loose, others have just pods, which won't look like much at first, but they were unopened and therefore didn't eject their bounty, so have hundreds of seeds per pod.

Anyway, my next steps is to gather the rest of the names and then ping y'all via PM.

If they're in the outbox it means he hasn't opened the message up yet.
