I just read something the other day about wolves in Idaho. I cannot remember where I read it now; but this is the first year to hunt wolves. They want to take roughly 40 or so out.

my cousin went on his yearly early seaosn archery elk hunt last sept and said barely any elk and tonssss of wolf... he got some cool pics of them on the side on the road and stuff.....its too bad they dont open a season in the high populated states.......some day te dnr head up there will come out

i don't mean to be argumentative with anyone, but that picture is a spitting image of another with a man and his giant wolf. Same ridge top and backdrop. . . Said to have been shot in Russia.

Dan, this year was the first year you could hunt wolves in Idaho and Montana.
