Just got back from a 43 mile mountain bike ride and none of it was on the roads. I plan on doing more tommorow. It's the best overall cardio exercise I have found and it's pretty low impact on your body as well unlike some other exercises.

I'm pretty much wiped out but if it helps me even a little during the hunting season doing various physical activities it was well worth it.

7 mile run yesterday, it definitely pays dividends come hunting season when it comes time to pack in a stand and bow on state land, and to hopefully drag out a big boy after the hunt.
